    And now back to this...:(

    image.jpg

Ended up rubbing part of it and peeled off a section. Problem is to get a dark bronze you have to do light coats which can be damaged easily. I only did the one wheel and peeled it off. Next weekend I'll do all 4 and add some more coats.

My icons have dust caps on top so they stay pretty clean. But I still take the caps off and re apply Teflon dry lube every couple months or every time I get into any mud.

I never had an issue, you are probably closer to the ocean than me though. I kept a bottle of tri flow in the truck and would hit them around that perimeter often, that may have helped too!

Anyone running an onboard air system? Are the Viair systems worth a shit or should I stick with an arb compressor?

I can't speak on the viair systems since I haven't used them, but i can say the ARB twin kicks ass. I used @Pcyc twin compressor to fill up my tires after the tree run and it worked great. It also filled up the 35s on @stroM- truck in no time.
Theres a group buy going on so ill be hopefully getting that and lockers at the same time

Yeah the twin is pretty bad ass. I'll probably go with the arb. Just need to decide on twin or single. For as often as I'm gonna use it just need to figure out if spending the extra $200 plus for the twin is worth it.
