    Okay. Big wide mtrs...no good in ice hard snow...wow haha just drove frank. Hilarious traction. Fun though.

    Floats still too. My alignment is all off again. Front tires are wore horribly due to the camber being off too. I really need some of those plates Marc haha

    Yea man they're the bomb. Just did my alignment again yesterday with the new tires. I put the cam bolts in the rear of the lca to add caster and push the tire away from the rear fender. So handy to just spend 30 min doing it. You're welcome to come get them from lander haha.

    Anybody heard whether dick cepek extreme country mt's are a quality tire? Or have first hand experience. Liked my toyo mt's (when they had tread) not so much now that they are almost gone. Just looking at cheaper options.

    how many miles did you get out of the Toyos? What size are they?

    The Toyo MTs are one of the tires on my radar for the next set.

    @m3bassman Any further info on what happened to your locker? Is the red Diff Lock dash light on? Is it blinking?

    I have 265/75/16. Have about 42,000 on them in just under 2yrs. If it were summer and running on the highway I would keep going cause they are not bald yet. With the snow it's time to think about upgrading. Looking at possibly going to 285/75 so I can have 33's but I'm reading about large drops in mpg and BS issues. So undecided currently

    Yeah, 33's kinda suck on stock gearing, but the SC will compensate a bit for that.

    42K aint bad. My KM2 are done at 35K.

    We should have test fit one of my 285 before I unmounted em... If you stay with a mild Mt or an AT your mpg won't change much. Mine dropped about 1.5 mpg going from 265 duratracs to 285 MTR. Granted I'm not furst gen...

    You'll need about 3.5" bs for 285s Brett. You'll see a power loss especially on the highway. If you're an auto then it'll hunt for gears like crazy on the hwy.

    Oh well, Are your rims stock offset? Was reading that I might need spacers or a different offset rim or I could rub the UCA :notsure: No doubt I would like the look of a 285, but not sure I want to buy new wheels too. Read a review on the cepeks that said they don't have the road noise of a typical mt. $180 to $200 is also a lot nicer than $280 to $300/ tire.

    You could get by with 4" maybe..3.75" would be okay. Rub the frame probably though.

    Ben and I have both run 275s on 4.5" of BS. Are you sure he will need that much. Remember, he has Camburg UCA, so 285 may not rub there.

    That sucks.

    There are some write ups that cover that. Still sucks tho. I worry about that happening to mine too.

    I wounder if it is a power issue. I can't recall if there is a specific fuse on that circuit.

    I am wondering if a battery reset would do anything. Would be an easy fix if it did.
