    Lol, I thought that if my squat was more than my bench id be in good shape...... Then i heard of a challenge. Rep out 225 full squats vs Bench. Bench destroys the damn squat!

    Well, leg day got cancelled yesterday, so I'm gonna go do em today. I'm gonna try the 225 challenge, but I imagine being able to do more 225 squats than bench. I'm predicting around 13-14 on bench and maybe 15-20 on squats.

    Believe it or not, most people cant make 20 on squat at all.... Its full range reps with ZERO rest and no lock out to ensure continues load and tension.

    30 is a REALLY hard number to hit with this challenge

    I actually got a little sidetracked yesterday. One of my friend's dad (who also lives like 2 miles from us) had 3 donkeys get out of his pasture. He owns cows and somehow came across 3 donkeys :notsure: Well, I was outside yesterday morning working on the wheels of my truck (pics coming soon) and I look across the street and there are 3 fucking donkeys in the neighbor's front yard. I called my friend's dad and we spent the next 6 hours try to herd these stupid fucking donkeys through the woods back to his property. I was still in my pajamas and crocs and only thought it'd take like 20 mins. I was so fucking pissed. I literally only got to eat like 2 meals yesterday and also did 6 hrs of cardio, so I'm sure I burned off at least 20 lbs of muscle. Most of what we had to walk through was clear cut (woods that have been cut), so the terrain was like logs and broken limbs and shit. The bottoms of my feet are fucking bruised lol. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, leg day will commence today.

    Also, I'll put up a pic later of the bulking progress, as long as no one makes any fat jokes lol
