    Wow, that's nice.
You can bet that they'll find some way to screw that up before about 2020-2025 when I'm ready for a new truck....

That's why you paid big bucks for a mid-size truck... take it to the dealer... make them fix it till its right.

Reminds me of a news story a couple months ago by a local clown jesse Jones. Some people got a new dodge journey and it kept leaking from the sunroof. The dealership did alot of work and repairs on it and even told her to not park on hills.. What? Anyway, she ended up getting it bought back by Chrysler under lemon law.

Not saying that will happen here but goes to show that it may be a possible outcome even if dealers may say otherwise.

    Good luck OP.

Well Chrysler is the biggest piece of s**t on the road... modern day Toyota's are a different story... the sunroof is built fine, its usually the rubber gaskets around them that are problematic.

Not a single drop of water coming in through the sunroof.

I borrowed this from 3dBdown post on another thread, I cant take credit for these statistics:

Except the stats just don't show that to be solid reasoning. Two sources --problems per 100 cars. Same basic results with a couple of years being slightly different. 1st year of 1st gen is among the most reliable as is the 1st year of 2nd gen--definitely way better than some later years. 3rd gen --too soon to tell

You would need to wait ~8 years to get a "more" reliable 2nd gen than 1st year.

1st gens are a wash. Pretty dang reliable all around, but later years did trend toward slightly more problems than early years.

Easily worth the risk getting a 1st year though--based on historical statistics/facts. No real reason to wait.

I've had my truck about a week and a half. It's rained about 3/4 of that time. My sunroof has not let so much as one drop of water in the truck.
