    I do 0 cardio and stay at 160ish and ~10% BF. But, I have really high metabolism to help

    Maxing squats tomorrow, bench Wednesday and deads Thursday. The goal is 1000lbs before Christmas.

    its a fun challenge but really its there to put the girls to bed and let the men talk. Anyone can squat a decent 1rm but the drive and motivation to push out 20-30 on 225 squat without resting, pausing at the top or doing 100% full range is boss! You gotta hit depth and come up 90% of range. I have yet to see some one hit 225x30 at my gym, i cant do it, i tried and gave up but i have an excuse for now :{

    Should totally film this easy 20 :) I'm ready to watch.... but as i said zero rest with full tension/ load. Not saying you CANT do it at all, i know you can i just wanna start accumulating video footage.

    I'm at 315 bench, 335 squat, 385 DL for a 1035 total at 160 lbs. I've gained a few lbs in the last couple weeks with a healthy diet of Zaxbys, pizza, subway, and the always delicious Taco Bell....judge me.

    Good call on the deficit. I forget the # I was at but I believe I last assessed around 220-225. I was maintaining for a while at 190-193 so wasn't really an issue per se, plus the last 6 months have been all out with house projects and taking care of my mother. I figure for New Year's I will get more serious with that aspect..plus I want to upgrade my Fitbit, thinking maybe the Surge.

    Top of my skull my BMI was read in the fall and it was around 24-25. I don't place much stock in BMI plus it was with a cheap handheld POS at my job, but doing that and some basic screenings (cholesterol/BP/sugar) and doing a couple of Fitbit step challenges over the year saved me $600 a year on my medical insurance so I'm okay with that.

    Not sure how much muscle I'm carrying, ideally speaking that explains the slight increase in my weight. In reality I doubt it does though.

    All in all I'm not complaining..believe me I was 250 pounds of lard 18 months ago. I feel a lot better and my knees which are junk are worlds better.

    yeah... plateaued pretty hard at 250 on the bench so I moved on to dl/squat. gonna try get every pound out of my dl/sq before going back to the bench

    damn. you got 55lbs on my total. gotta hit that goddamn 1000 already

    I hope you only do thoes 90% reps when u do this challenge. if your doing that all the time im sure your hip flexor mobility is terrible.

    i hate when people dont do full range of motion reps, thats how you get hurt and create muscle imbalances....

    aside from that im waiting for Eric to try ur squat challenge im sure he will kill it lol

    Yes 100% just for this specific one: basically its simply to remove resting or loss of tension at lock. I guess if you were to have limited time spent at this anatomic position it would still suffice though and you'd have the full range of motion

    I'll find someone to film it. I use my phone to listen to music and I sure as fuck wouldn't be able to lift anything without music so... However, I wont be able to do it with zero rest. I don't train for cardio. I am a powerlifter. I don't breathe lmao. 3-5 reps and I'm done. Basically why I quit BB, don't like reps, don't like cardio. At the top I take a breath and continue and usually after the 8-12 reps I gotta take 2 breaths or I'll die. Legs are up to task, no so much cardio.

    Same issue will apply to t4r as I mentioned above. Jordan, why don't you do it? Aren't you used to the 5 trillion reps of the same thing 50x a week? You should be able to do this np
