    The place I get my tires from gives a free alignment if you buy 4 tires, so here it is. I really don't know much about alignment numbers, so how does this look?

    Why do these places refuse to put any toe-in on a truck. :facepalm:

    I would take it back, have the castor corrected. Most likely the bolt is seized in the bushing, and they didnt want to risk breaking it. Personally I dont accept any numbers that are more than 0.1 off from left to right. Your rear axel is slightly forward on the drivers side. No easy fix for that unfortunately.

    The ideal situation is to be symmetrical from side to side, however, a slight variation in caster and camber will not effect tire wear. In fact, from a driveability point of view, caster (read: more positive caster) seems to be most important.

    The ideal numbers are:

    0* Toe
    0* Camber
    +2.5* Caster

    I am guessing that you either don't have a lift installed or if you do, then you have aftermarket UCAs of some type.

    Overall, these numbers aren't too bad with the exception of the variance between the caster on the two sides.

    How does it drive, especially about 50 mph?

    I do lots of highway driving, id prefer to have something with a little stability dialed in. I usually go with:

    Camber: -0.3 to -0.5 each
    Toe: 0.05 to 0.10 (0.10 to 0.20 total)
    Caster: 2.5 each or more

    The guy has different ranges on his printout from what we normally see here. What truck model did they put in?

    Did the Goodridges hook up to your hard lines no problem? I just tried screwing the hard line into the ss line and it wouldn't thread!:confused:






    Anyone out there with front SS lines run into trouble hooking them up to the hard brake line on the frame?

    :notsure:Figured I'd ask while I was by the computer. Came in for some grub and a bit of a rest before I go back out to wrestle with it again. Threads may just need a minor cleaning to help them start, I'm sure I'll have my way with it here shortly.

    The 13WLs really come close to the wheels! There's only maybe an 1/8th inch clearance between the back of the wheel and the caliper:eek:

    Very much excited to test out the difference between these and the stock ones.

    I see. I'll take that down, for next time. I haven't gone 50mph since I got that done yesterday, but beforehand, it felt good at those speeds, and upwards of 65mph. I recall very little if any pulling to a side, and the wheel has no shake/vibration in it. Half of my (short; 6 mile) drive to work is on a 50mph road, so I will see how it feels/behaves when I leave for work in a little bit.

    Yeah, it's all stock underneath.

    Most of my driving consists of 30, 40 and 50 mph roads. Would a less aggressive alignment be recommended?
    On the actual alignment sheet, there was no information except the year, but on the receipt, the information is correct: 2004 Toyota Tacoma with a 3.4 (though they don't specify cab/bed length, but I rarely see that included).

    I painted the grill with color match black and clear coated it. Plus I tinted the turns and corners.

    Truck needs a wash and wax and she'll look right.
