got out and dirtied my shiny new shocks up... The area around Calico was excellent for both high speed stuff as well as some light technical rocks and hill climbs. Truck performed awesome.

I know your trucks lighter but how does that front suspension ride? Thinking about eventually switching over to that setup

It seems to be a little choppy on the street, but works insanely well off road. I rebuilt the shocks myself with the help of another member, but i just don't have the warm and fuzzies we got everything back in perfect. The IFP depth was really hard to set, and King doesn't have any posted measurements.

I think i'm going to have to drop them off at King for a factory re-fresh. I also think i'm just used to them, and with the E-rated tires, they feel more harsh than they really are.

But again, they rock off road.

Nice vid, we don't really have terrain like that over here so I may just stick with my eibachs. They aren't too harsh on the road

I bought these used, with an unknown number of miles on them. It just takes some tuning to get them right when they're not new. Note how well it took that drop off. Just compressed, and rebounded to ride height. No fuss, smooth and controlled. There really is no comparison.

Bilstein 5100's are also a really good option. I uploaded a better quality video and re-embedded it. Take a look if you're interested. That slope was about 30* down, and the 11yr old kid taking the video was standing on the edge of a pretty good drop off. this particular road ran along a ridge-line then plunged down into a canyon filled with mines. Was a lot sketchier than this video makes it look.
