I have done both. I prefer skiing. Both are fun though.

Wolf is $850 for a season, $63 for just a day, and the local appreciation days are $43.

Ouch! That is about what Breck and all those places are as well. That isn't bad for a day pass, Ski Cooper is $50 for a day pass.

Hey, congratulations big guy!! It all make sense now! No wonder you been buying parts like crazy for your 4Runner...hahahaha. Hurry up and get them so the wife can't say..."Oh no...we need new drapes, and I need new clothes....I don't like the carpet, we need new!! So no more 4Runner parts for you!!!" Hahahahaha

Just kidding! Seriously, congratulations!! You going anywhere for a honeymoon?? Trail ride??

When you guys change your brake pads do you also resurface the rotors at the same time? Changing the brakes on my step dad 03 4runner and he has no vibrations, so I'm thinking I don't need to resurface the rotors.

Well I've been dealing with the 3rd gen and my wife's Jeep GC which are known to warp.

Did that and a V8 upgrade as well...haha

I did though do the 231 swap on my 4runner. One of the most noticeable mods I did. Damn brakes on the Tundra are warped though, so I will be changing those out before my snow trip over new years. Didn't notice it on my test drive otherwise I would have talked the guy down a bit more.

I am still researching this. Trying to figure out the best places to buy all the parts for the swap.

After I get the lift/bumper/winch/sliders/tires done I will start getting part for the brakes upgrade.

I got some junk yard 231's and ran them like that for 2 years. Recently I rebuilt them with all new seals and they've been great. I paid $100 for my calipers and rotors. Had to resurface the rotors, but ran that set up for another 25K.

Otherwise people have luck with Napa. You really don't need special rotors as the upgrade is significant enough without any special parts. I'd just get some regular rotors, no need to spend a ton.

Sadly no, bought a Tundra haha.
