Hefty Fabworks. They make that sweet ass 5th gen bumper. Starting position will mainly be Sales and Marketing but my role is pretty versatile. Running equipment, installs, packaging/shipping will be normal stuff as well. I'll also be one of their designers and will be putting all their designs on blueprints since my actual career is drafting and design.

Nice! That sounds like a really fun job with some perks. Too bad you're armored already, although items can be replaced. haha

This greatly depends on the condition of the rotor itself. If you have a nice flat smooth surface on the rotor...then you should be ok with just a set of pads. However, I personal like to turn my rotors when I install pads...just to clean them up. That way I know I have a nice smooth surface for my pads to seat in good. Now...if you have grooves or ridges cut into your rotor...then yes!! You're suppose to turn them.

Also...your rotors wrap due to excessive heat. The only way to fix...turn the rotor to balance them back out smooth and true...the problem doing this is you eat up a lot of metal doing this. So when your done...if the rotor is to thin, it junk...you have to buy a new set of rotors anyway!

Whatever you do, please don't skimp on your brakes. This is the only thing that stops you!! I've seen horrible neglect to brakes...people think they can skimp and use junk yard brake padsand rotors. Then turn around and buy a $40-$100 chrome piece on or spend $1000 on a fancy stereo and speakers. Crazy!! Sorry...I'll get off my soapbox.

    Anyway...I hope this helps you??

Thanks for the tips. I got my step dad OEM pads and will inspect the rotors when they are off. I've tried the cheap pads and they just suck. I'll be getting OEM for my truck as well.

Didn't you know its OEM Toyota or nothing?!?! I will probably go the Napa route if I can't find some used stuff.

Where at? I am pretty close to the Springs so I will be on the lookout!
