    :rofl:. Shame on me. I have to be honest that I did not really go through all the list. Tacoma is #1 and that's all that mattered to me. I scanned thru and saw Toyota 4runner, Toyota Tundra and then... :yay::woot: I have to share this in TW so others will know about it. haha

    See, I read my Accord owner's manual and it specifically said that it uses 87 BUT recommends higher octane or premium gas for maximum performance/ efficiency.


    I have not read that recommendation on my Tacoma manual (I didn't read it. It's still sealed, just like how it came from the dealer).

    But members of TW say that 87 is okay, so i think 87 is okay!...hahaha



    but waaaaaittt?? really??? The lowest we've had in the past year was only $2.14 in my area. People went crazy on road trips.

    Everything in this area is cheaper relative to the other places I've lived. Not sure but, it has to be one of the cheapest places to live in the US.

    I think your Taco will be happy with 87 man & with any luck you can keep that manual in its wrapper.
