I had one on my 04 and liked it. I've been debating on weather or not to get one for this truck. Looks like mercerc is debating on getting one too.

Installed avid rear bumper guard today, and color matched it.

Always did like the Avid rear bumper. Looks great! If you're not into removing the stock bumper to replace with a plate, the Avid's probably the best choice out there.

303 protectant. Once applied it's important to go back over the area with a dry terry cloth rag. I use it on all vinyl - plastic - and rubber.

Picked it up from the dealer from having the 15-25 mph vibe tsb done and a new CV axle put in cause I ripped the boot wheeling. Not too happy with the dealer right now cause I told them that since there was nothing wrong with my old CV axle except the torn boot that I wanted it back so I could reboot it and have it for a spare. Needles to say when I picked up the truck this afternoon there was no CV in my truck. When I confronted them they said the tech that worked on it had left for the day and I would have to come back and see if he knows where it is. All I gotta say is he better not be thinking he just got a good CV axle that he is going to reboot and sell.

I wouldnt have left without it! You told them you wanted it and they need to provide it then and there. They will make up some excuse tomorrow Im sure. Saying "we dont know where it is" is BS. Its a shop. There isnt exactly a ton of plans it could be lol

I assume you clean the engine bay first and then use the 303, or can you use the 3030 as the cleaner?

If its real bad, Ill use Purple Power and scrub it first.

I did that with mine intitally. Now all I do is spray some 303 on a rag and wipe everything down once a month or so

Put my TRD exhaust on tonight! I am SO glad I decided to install it myself. Took maybe 45 minutes and only one tool. I can't believe I considered having someone install this for me.

Made it worse? Lol It appears it had been hitting the bed rail system. Now I think it's just slamming the bed wall itself. Gonna have to play with it more.
