2016 Brush guard.......

I have seen a few metal bumpers but no brush guards or bull bars yet

 

Juzt wanted to throw it out there...... ur aware that american "bullbars" and brush gaurds are just damage multipliers right? Good for moving brush and mounting lights is about it

 

Yeah I just like the look, I want tail light guards too and I never drive in brush. There's just a lot of aftermarket options for the 2nd gen and I know they are prob coming out with some cool add on's for the 2016's

 

Some guy just posted one yesterday or the day before.

Super pricey, though - to the tune of $899 for a bare model and $1199 for a bare model with 20" lightbar, no name.

 

Cool long as u know.... sum ppl dont until its too late. Im zure the market will be flooded soon tho. Too many vendors on here NOT to get on that bandwagon

To each their own... But nothing like paying for a worse approach angle and no additional protection.

 

I've never really liked these bull bars on the taco, I guess this is actually a 2014 model bull bar he adapted to fit (Didnt take much from what he said).

hehe, luckily for us, tight fit in the garage negates the possibility of ever putting anything like that on ours.

and being in the garage is more important that anything when its get -20F during winter

 

lol unless your the warden and its more about looks than about function.

 

Again not my pic but apparently this exists. That's a step towards a 3rd gen brush guard. Looks like you can add a skid plate under it too.

I like that our options are growing as far as accessories go

 

only problem I see with this is the slight coverage of the front plate, which can give the police a reason to stop you.
