    It is holiday season and packages are getting screwed up everywhere... Go to Hawaiinewsnow.com and you can even see a video of a disgruntled local ups driver throwing shit everywhere... The story is that he took a turn too fast and packages fell off the racks and he was all salty and started throwing them all out the back to find the one that was supposed to be on the bottom... In any case, if you have a delivery confirmation, PayPal may tell you that its out of their hands and that you will need to take it up with the USPS... Perhaps give them a call first and have them see what's good...

    I sent him several messages as I also have his phone number. Says that he will attempt to send another one. I guess I will wait and see what happens. Otherwise I will be taking it up with the PayPal fraud division. My college roommates are both FBI field agents, one of which is currently working in the Los Angeles area and the other in Dallas so I have passed on the correspondence thus far to them.
