So if anyone wanted to know why I had to do the harness is because my old harness was missing this plug for the ecu. But the new harness has it. So all this work for one plug. The answer is yes.

^^^^ those are really nice. $ small price actually for peace of mind. I'm about out of $ for this season. I have the SUA parts and that's about it for my budget until next winter.

This looks all cool and stuff but it seems that I'm missing some washers and bushing that I should of got from Jims. Now I'm at a stand still until I get it.

    image.jpg

Come to think about maybe I should place the motor in and then the diff. Then line everything up and then weld in the new motor perches. What do you guys think?

I would mount the diff first since you are welding in new motor mounts. It would suck if it hit the pan afterward.
Are you missing the two big rubber bushings and the washers for the arms that go under that cross member?

Yes. I've been on google image and I see something like that. All I got was the two arms and 5 bolts that bolt it to the diff. I'll try and get to Jims sometime this week to pick that up. Plus I need some bolts for the actuator too.

I looked at my bushings, they are about 2" thick. If you suspend the diff 2" down, or less for a safety margin, on the bolts, that should be where you need to be.

Yes, so mine sit about 3" lower with the added puck. I should have got a pic of them, somebody on here has a front end shot with the skids removed, you can easily see them.

    Starting the new mounts. (again)

    image.jpg

    image.jpg
I added these bottom supports. I didn't put these on the other mount I made.

    image.jpg

Once I get the center piece made I'll add supports for the ears too.
    image.jpg

The cats came in. But there are just a few more parts then i'll have a full truck. Air box from Brian. 4x4 actuator plug between harness and actuator. All fluids sealant for transmission. That's pretty much it. Soon.....:fingerscrossed::burnrubber:

I believe the newer tacomas come with two cats. Yours is older so it only has one.
