    Are they good quality? I just got a Husky 252 piece Mechanics tool set... My Cresent set got stolen...:(

    Im very happy with the Husky tools I have. They seem every bit as good as my Craftsman tools. The only issue, is their return policy is a PITA.

    You just have to take them back to any Home Depot, but Im sure you wont do the things to them I do. :eek:

    Husky tools are better than no tools...

    i dont have any experience with them...but id think that theyre better than nothing

    I replaced my Craftsman with Husky(s) several years back. At that time the Husky(s) were made by Stanley. Actually the Craftsman tools were all so manufactured by Stanley in the early years. IMO Sears took a hit on quality after their infamous pi_ _ ing match with Stanley.

    I have a couple husky torque wrenches. I am happy with them. Sometimes you pay extra for a name stamped on the side.

    Unless you're a mechanic of some sorts by trade, Husky/Craftsman/Kobalt etc. are all usually plenty good enough. No reason for a casual wrencher to pay for anything more. Hell I've got cheaper sets than those that still work just as good as the Craftsman I have.

    getting there....
    i like husky tools pretty good. i have a few......but i mostly have craftsman, snap on and mac....and a few cheapie things.

    i can tell you this........the walmart/stanley ratchets are a helluva lot better than the damn craftsman ones...especially the pos rebuilds......friggin junk. the husky ratchets are a ton better as well.
