Straight on from the sides on both sides.
Thanks.. I'd do it myself but mine is still a pile of parts in a warehouse somewhere.

Does anyone have any interior pictures of a TRD OR 4X4 with manual? I just ordered one with the prem/tech package from a local dealer, but I have never seen the interior differences from the auto to the manual. I am assuming they are minor, but I would love to see some pictures regardless if you have them! I tried searching but only found one picture with bad lighting. With the manual, you only lose the push button start, crawl control, and multi-terrain select right?

Can't wait to get back into a proper 6-speed, and thanks in advance for any pics!

I started that thread so I had it handy... That's only the second manual interior shot I've seen.

I'll just have to get 2 of those cup holders from the auto parts store that you hang off the window channel or the vent...

6MT on the yota, and before that, a MT 03 Jetta, 90 CRX, and ,82 Corolla Hatch.

MT is great for controlling exactly how much torque and speed I put into the wheels. Plus, ... No tranny hunting.

    Awesome, thanks!

Does the manual come with the roll/pitch screen in the info display between the gauges?

I got the 4 cylinder manual with an 18" rim and tire. It won't hold 65 on the freeway unless i really try. Seems like it runs at 60mph real smooth in 4th gear.

Love the truck but it is gutless.

All Off Roads have it regardless of transmission, don't know for sure but I don't think any of the other grades do.

    Thanks!

One last picture request... Can someone please post up a shot of the headliner area where the MTS/Crawl would be on an auto? I know there is a sunglass holder there instead, but would still like to see a pic. Thanks again everyone!

I'm Dave, I reached driving age 27 years ago and I have never owned an automatic vehicle. I even liked the 6 speed manual in the 2nd gen Tacoma I used to have. The only automatic vehicle I have extensively driven is my company truck which is a new F-150. It's nice, don't get me wrong. But when I'm going uphill or trying to pass someone on the freeway, I fucking hate that slushy disconnected feeling when the transmission is trying to interpret that I want to go faster but it hasn't made up it's mind to downshift yet. Yes, it has a ghey "manual" mode but I have to bend my wrist at an ungodly angle to reach the "+/-" button because it's on the gear selector handle right behind the steering wheel, AND it doesn't downshift any less slow so it's utterly pointless. It is also uber-fucking-ghey that in 4-Lo it won't go above 3rd even in "manual" mode, yet it is a 6 speed auto. Nearly every dirt road in the whole fucking world gets bumpy then smooth then bumpy then smooth then bumpy then smooth then bumpy then smooth then bumpy then smooth then bumpy again. Praise the manual transmission gods I can use any speed I want in 4-Lo on my personal truck. I will own manuals until my left foot turns into a gangrenous infected stump caused by driving a manual in traffic.

Dude, you keep posting about this 65mph limit problem.... simultaneously you have threads about bad vibrations from a poorly done wheel/tire package from your dealer.

You need to return or sell this wheel setup. It's downright dangerous that you can't go 65mph and deal with vibrations... i'd hate to think what your braking is like or ability to do emergency maneuvers. Just today I had to save myself from some lady's front wheel that flew off her jeep cherokee at 40mph. Your 10ply 285/75 tires and 18" show rimz are destroying your vehicles performance. You yourself have said in threads that you don't offroad this truck. Your acceleration, top speed, braking, cornering, etc is all messed up. By the looks of your 6+ posts on this topic, you obviously know theres an issue with performance. Sell your setup to someone that'll use it and buy something that better suits your needs, or is at least safe on the streets.
