For those that own a limited, what do you think? Color, quality, comfort, thoughts?

I really prefer the look of the DCSROR the best, but want leather and love the look of that brown leather. I'd prefer 16" wheels so tires would be cheaper since I drive 50k miles / year and assume they would be more comfy on the road.

I just think the taco looks so nice inside with the brown leather. I have 2 boys (10 and 4) and think leather would be easier to clean as well.

Love my interior. I got the Limited for a multitude of reasons but the seats are nice on my back. I got issues with my neck and back since my Army days and unless it's leather, most seats end up hurting after just a few minutes. No pain at all and the seats are comfortable.

I have a limited... I like the color, it seems like it will be durable, and it should be easy to clean (2 boys, 10 & 7). But, it's not leather. It feels cheap and plasticy to me.

Is adding leather not an option unless you buy the limited package in the new 2016s?

My 2014 sport has leather, not sure if that was an available option for the off roads back then.

As many of you know I'm sure real leather doesn't fully come in many production vehicles unless it's a true premium line. The product in the Limited Is called Softex and is man made of course. I have a alimoted and my experiment with the softer seats is pretty good. (I work for a Dealer) it's holds up well and easy to clean. It also has a tendency to get more supple after a period of time.
I opted for the Limited because I wanted the refinements that were only avail in Tundra and so far I love the truck. Hope the Info helps.

Leather was never an option in the USA on the TRD sport, only in Canada.

For 2016 the only model you can get leather in both countries is on the Limited.

I like the leather in my 2013 limited, no complaints at all about the quality.

Correct Leather is in Limited only and they are a very low production model. If you want to add it will be aftermarket. The most popular is Katzskins they have the corner on the market for fit finish, color options and factory logo upgrades. I'm not a fan as it gets that sheen that auto leather gets after a period of time personally. One more reason why I went Limited.

Thanks guys. I like the limited wheels too, but would likely plastidip them. I love the look of that brown leather though....

I personally don't like it, looks like waffles to me, really prefer the style of the 1794 Tundra or Platinum Tundra leather. I'd rather see Katzskin on a Offroad or Sport. The 16 Limited is definitely better equiped than the out going 15 Limited but I still see no reason to buy it unless you really like the seats.

I spoke to my dealer and adding "leather" to an Off Road will cost about $1400 and is done by the dealership.
I guess if you don't like the "waffle" texture of the Limited leather seats, then maybe having the dealership add it would be a better option.

Pleather (the man made stuff) will never wear/last like real leather.

I don't want leather in any vehicle I use for my outdoor activities, but Katzkins are the way to go for those who want it.

I've seen many a convertible redone in Katzkins that have held up well to the abuse of sunlight.

Real leather will also be fairly cool in heat, warm in cold weather. Pleather will take on the ambient to the fullest extent.

I actually kind of like that textured look of it.

I saw a silver limited (which helped calm down the chrome mirrors for me) with predator steps and it looked awesome. Thought if I plastidiped the mirrors and badges and wheels it would look great and I'd have the interior I wanted

Is the only difference in seats between the Limited and the Sport the leather? Same amount of padding etc ?

That's a great question. I assume the seats are the same but with a different cover.

The Limited interior seat material is a unique color and a nice pattern. What's not to like.
