    From what I've read, the mildness here in the east is expected to last through February, then temps might drop drastically.

    We stay with my in-laws for a couple of days over the holidays, they're from the Monaca area north of Pittsburgh, and we always wish for snow while there. Been disappointed by rain most years, looks like it will be the same this year :pout:

    No pics but the resort right by where I live is getting hit with powder day after powder day. Sitting around 200" of snow so far on the year for them.

    And I won't be home to see it for another week :mad:

    Yeah my brother and his family just got turned back to Tupelo while trying to go to Memphis. I guess a tornado took out HWY 78 at Holly Springs. I re-routed them on 78 through Batesville. They still have a long way to go to get back to Colorado. :(

    i55 from Batesville to Memphis also had damage with overturned semi and trees. This morning, on my way to work, there were still power lines laying in the drive lane and large peices of house on either side.
