Bummer my truck is in Arizona or I would join you. With the cold and chance of rain this weekend, good chance for snow in the mountains.

I've done it once before, with 31's, 4" king lift, nerf bars,(aka sliders if you know what I mean)and a trailer hitch, without being able to air down, while being alone. It did it but you can imagine I drug and slipped everywhere. I've got 33" mud terrains on it now and should be able to air down. And I took my 'sliders' off. May be some snow left though...

I'm not going to beat the sheet out of it. Just going to see how well it does with its "AWD." Hoping the TC disengage on it let's it do some sand/hill climbing.

Does your Forrester have any lift on it? Sounds like a stupid question but I'm wondering how you've got it outfitted

No, it's just a bone stock suv. It belongs to my parents but I wanted to see how capable it really is or if it's just mainly for the streetability. I want to show them how far it can go when they go out to the desert to hike around.

From what I've seen, stock Subarus are surprisingly good off-road. My dad sometimes takes his '07 Outback to the desert and all he has are some slightly bigger-than-stock tires
