I installed a 3" Lift and quickly discovered I'm going to need aftermarket control arms.Truck wanders all over the road.Truck was just aligned right after the lift was installed .My question is,after installing the new uca's,am I gonna need to have another front end alignment?
Seems to me nothing will change except for the caster, which is nonadjustable on my new uca's.
    Any thoughts?

Yes you will definitely need another alignment. All of your numbers will change.

    Well,darn.
My alignment guy was scared of scratching my Method rims so I put the stocker ones back on for the alignment.I've since sold the stock rim and tires so I guess I'll have to find a different shop that knows more of what they're doing. Thanks

For $250 you might as well just shell out another $100 for your one year old 30k truck and get some Light Racing UCA's.

I've heard worse reviews about the LR ones than the Ebay ones.
And my one year old truck has 7k miles on it.

I'd wait for some used ones on the classifieds.

The newer version of the Light Racing UCA's seem to be doing quite fine. What did you put on for a 3 inch lift anyway? Please tell me you didn't cheap out on that as well and go the spacer route?

My only issue is I wish people would really research and study all the amazing info on this site before they do it. Spacer junk on a $30,000 truck, and then want to cheap out on some Ebay UCA's?

I know but you hate to see it happen. I have had 5 Tacoma's now and I have always done at least the 5100's never a hockey puck suspension lift
