That's why I ditched mine for a back flip. I do miss the covience of a roller though.

 

if I recall, for some reason, the roll n lock ones require new drain holes to be drilled so you can run the tubes down and out. I wanna say it's for the water coming off the top of the cover when it's closed

Ahhh gotcha... I suppose thats because it has rails, it would need to evacuate water from those without dumping it all over the precious cargo

I had a truckcovers USA. It had two drains by the cab, and two by the tailgate. I plugged the ones by the tailgate cause I didn't want to drill. My truck had plugs in the bed cab side so that's all I ran. The rails would overflow and leak into the bed if I parked up hill, but it was right by the tailgate so it drained right out. Park flat or down hill and all the water flowed to the drain.

 

I take a couple pounds of smoke meat please!!!
