I have an '07 Tacoma OR 4x4 and I am considering placing 5100s on all four corners, with the 5100s on the first setting up front to level the truck and replacing the rugged trail 265/70/16s with 275/70/16s. Does anyone know if they will rub? I do not want ot trim. Also, will I need a diff drop and will my alignment be able to be adjusted back to specs? Thanks.

I would go with a 265/75/16 set the billy's in the middle @ 1.75 and be done I don't think you need a diff drop but some might say you do good luck

^^ is right...w/ the lift and the 275's, there may be a slight trim...but possibly none...also no need for the diff drop and specs should be really close, if not in

Thanks, I was interested in the BFGR AT 275/70/16s, but I do not want to trim and I was going to stay stock in the rear (with 5100s) and only level out the front with 5100s. I do not see where anyone goes to the 275s; they usually go all the way to 285s with a full 3" lift. What do you think?

i think u'd be safe w/ the 275's and leveled out. those 265/75's dont rub at stock height. i was running 255/75/17's stock and they are slightly taller and slightly narrower and i didnt have any issue

What would you recommend setting the 5100s at to level the front?

Thanks, That's what I have read. The only problem I can think of is that I keep my truck clean, nothing has ever been in the bed, and it only has about 8K miles. You can tell when you look at it that it has been babied. So I am not for sure if they will listen when I tell them it bottoms out. It would be nice to get the extra leaf though.
