And they did not work out for him. If you have a heavy truck I wouldn't suggest them.

Yea work great for the single cab. Not so good for a dbl cab LB with full armor and such.

Interesting... I'm A/C but only plan on sliders, maybe a bumper and winch but probably not.

@BradyT88 has them on a HEAVY truck too and seems to do fine. He has far more experience and miles with them than I do.

My rig is about the same now. I'm well over 6K when I'm out wheeling. I enjoy mine because they flex well compared to a C/O. The problem I have is that I have them valved almost as stiff as they go and it's still not enough when jumping my rig, but hell even the guys with C/O's usually add a bypass for that. My setup does well in the whoops at 40+.

There is a guy up in AK (I think) who really likes his and I think he has a DCLB as well.

The buy in for them is more than a C/O though because you pretty much have to buy a Nitrogen bottle and regulator as well as a fill kit. That's another $200 on to the price tag.

Yea idk. They would not hold ,y dads rig. After folding three times he was done. Haven't been an issue for gage though.

And if you want it just for jumping then you need a way different setup.

    They do ride awesome though

When you regeared did you just get ECGS to send you an assembled dif? Or did you just buy the ring and pinion from ECGS?

I wanna do that but I just don't have that kinda money. So, I was just gonna buy the ring and pinion but I don't know how much it would be to have a professional install them.

Most people get quoted about the same price as ECGS charges to assemble them.

I did get the pre assembled. Local shops would have been slightly cheaper but would not warranty their work. ECGS is well worth it. I also ran a GB for it and it dropped the prices a bit.

The warranty is worth it for ecgs. Like big time.

Toyota diffs do not set up well or easily. And it's a total bitch to do yourself. I've done it three times and every time it kicks my ass in some way.
