Does anyone know what's up with this? I mean Kassian has a drinking problem but he's still a servicable player or am I missing something? @OZ-T any idea why Montreal is trying to bury him by not even letting him play in the A to try and comeback?

Could be. He wouldn't be the first player with that issue. Didn't last year a pile of players test positive for blow but the NHL doesn't care... or something like that.

 

Would really appreciate it if an 'NHL level' Oilers club shows up tonight, against the nuks.

You say this like it's a bad thing - against the Oilers. The Oilers are so soft, and feeble in their own end.

Wow, for a team that started off 2-8 the Leafs are knocking off some big competition. I can't tell if it's just a case of teams not taking them serious or if Babcocks coaching is starting to show. Could also be that Bernier isn't stinking up the joint.
