Yes the truck is awesome. Think the first thing I sm going to do with mine is put the predator steps on it. I rub across the side of the seat when I get in and I don't want to tear it up.

Don't have any up close right now. I think they're similar to the 2nd gen. Pretty rigid and stiff.

 

Not as bad I have a black 2010 sport just got the wife the TRD Pro 4runner in mgm and its no where near as hard to keep looking clean

yes, Mine has the black seats with orange stitching...I love it. Now the dash trim is dark orange/rust colored too (yuck)...I've ordered gun metal gray to replace it (it will match other gun metal gray pieces). 150 bucks...fixed! problem is one of the two pieces is backordered until February

 

If that truck has the oem roof racks, it would be my trucks twin.

After placing my order on Oct 31st, I finally picked up this beauty today from Toyota West in Columbus, OH. If you are in the Ohio area I would strongly recommend this dealer. Easiest car buying experience ever! Dean Mahalati is their truck guy and he under promised and over delivered the entire time! Ordering a Tacoma from them is pretty simple:

1. Call Dean at 614-204-1106 and build the Taco you want.
2. Take $3,000 off of MSRP.
3. Wait for your truck to come in.

Dean also does a lot of out-of-state sales (handles all the transporting) for all my friends in SoCal who are getting screwed by their dealers!

They sale high volume in Tacoma and Tundra. I tested a Quicksand OR DC with 6 speed there before buying from Direct.

I'd like to order one from Ohio just for the principle!! The dealer here in Cali is going to knock off $500 from msrp and says he's almost going to get fired doing it. Not to keep complainingbut what a scam

 

You could buy from OH and have it shipped to Cal cheaper than $500 off MSRP

 

Yeah, I'm going to give the Ohio salesman a call tomorrow! The more $$ to save the more to spend on mods. Supposedly the one I want here in Cali is being built next week and ready towards the end of Jan. So it'd be awesome if Ohio could get one here cheaper and faster!!
