Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I saw that, kinda mad I bought my clutch a few weeks ago. Oh well. If they had UCON for 2015 I'd hold off on buying glass and get that instead...but it sounds like thats still a few months out at least, currently need to get my new clutch in before we start our major overhaul, and then start saving up for my build

 

Yeah in this case I would wait a week or two longer just to make sure they are D-bags. They might get back from their trip and be like "Oh shit! Heres $50, sorry about that." But if they keep ignoring past the new year, then yeah, put them on blast and give us their phone # and address.

I need to add my overloads back in to the rear. Ass end is down by a hair, overloads should raise me up to level.

 

shit, i thought i posted it here lol. I've been in a drunken stupor since about 3pm Wednesday.

Gibson Exhaust and i routed it to be dumped behind the panhard bar mount over the axle. Im not a big fan of the pipes being visible so this is still clean, if seen.



sounds a bit tin-y there but its hard to get the correct tone with a phone.

 

I like it! Nothing beats a good V8 growl! #jealous. I need to have my muffler piping shortened and get a turn down so I can dump before the axle. If I dump it pre axle now its gonna be going right on to the axle 24/7

 

Spotted a nice taco near LAX on my way to get bomb tacos. SR8s on Toyo MTs with the TRD centercap look so good in person

WTF, How do you get the caps to fit!! I bought 5 of them and they're to small for my SR8s.

 

yeah i jumped on the freeway today and was looking around like who the hell is that? that realized it was me, still not used to it yet but it sounds good. Its not annoying and obnoxiously loud. Nice tame tone that lets you know its a v8.

So I just ordered 5 off of Amazon, and the boxes are labeled 17" rims, I don't think it would matter on hub size, but when I go to fit them to the SR8s they literally just drop through. Might have to ask Vin about that lol

 

Build thread of the year stuff make me laugh, especially when u hang around my buddies..... Almost done with this, gunna spin and true the drivelines on the lathe tommorow....this is "building"

Nah, looks like theres some dude on Amazon selling knock offs that fit on smaller cars or something but not on our trucks. FML. Gonna try and put in for a return.

Yup, just did the return! Was worried I'd ordered from a random seller, but these were from Amazon itself. Now I just use a random Amazon box I'm sure I have floating around the house and I can order the correct ones!
