Ran across a product called Liquid Glass. The reviews seemed to be very good. Anyone here have experience with it?

It's been around for quite some time. I had a friend that used to use it on a silver 'Vette. It looked good.

It's an acrylic based sealant. It's sorta like putting a resin on your vehicle that hardens. And I've heard that acrylic based sealants etch into the clear coat to adhere. That spooks me. There are much better products out there nowadays. Sealant technology has come a long way in just the last few years. Liquid glass has been around a long time.

Plus you have to bake the paint in the sun to cure it, I used it before it's OK but nothing great not worth the money or your time applying it.. Try some reload or Gtecniq products

Any Gtech products in particular that you like? I've been eying some of them on Autogeek. I'm a hobby detailer. Just ordered my first DA, but I'm not into the boutique products. Too much $$. So, I like quality stuff that you can get for under 20 bucks a bottle.

image.jpg The C2v3 works really well I used lots of if and it makes a nice shine, just use little bit per panel depending on what color paint you have it does cause highspots or that smears that is a pain to work out.. But it lasts a decent time, other good product is car pro reload and sonax brilliant shine detailed which is my go to product easy to use lasts longer and beads and sheets water like crazy...

I used to think it was crazy to buy expensive products....until I used them. Sometimes you have to look at how the product is used or how many times you can use it. Don't get me wrong I am all about economical but for example I love Wolfgang Fuzion wax. I only bought the small jar and probably have waxed 4 or 5 cars but barely put a dent in the jar.

How long does the wax last until you have to reapply.
