    Probably out for the 2nd snow trip. My clutch is pretty toast and the clutch place said they cant fit me in until the first week of January.

    Looks pretty sunny all week. I'd imagine it'll be pretty icy anyway. After being up there today I wouldnt want to see those ruts frozen solid

    I ounce changed a clutch on a 2nd gen pickup without a jack. We had the truck parked on the sidewalk/street and used our pre pubescent muscles to bench the tranny into position. Did I mention it was raining and we were in the gutter haha!

    Flash forward 10 years, my buddy and I (not the same friend) changed my clutch in about 2 hours with the help of a 2 post lift and a pneumatic granny jack. Easiest clutch job ever.

    Uhhh, yes? I was thinking on running to HF for a tranny jack, but only have a standard 3 ton jack.

    I've used the HF one before it's not bad. The one I just used is like 5ft tall so you can do the clutch standing up its so nice! Unfortunately my truck is not moving any time soon haha.

    Oh haha, yea that sounds awesome! Drop it out of the truck and then lift it up to chest height. Sounds amazing lol. Well, its either get someone to help who has done it before, or pay $500 to get it done by Joe Schmoe in town.
