That thing is awesome, what axles is he running? Love everything except that bad above the windshield, to protect some lights I'm guessing, it kills the whole cage IMO. Put a low pro light bar on there would look 100x better

 

Well, at least she responded! I've heard and given some pretty legit off the wall stories before. Maybe I'm just to trusting and try to look for the best in people. Hopefully they fix this and don't make the wrath of TW come down on them.

 

You know opinions are like assholes.... Everyone has one lol, gunna throw sum gusset tubes on the sides to finish that lightbar bracket, it's gunna get rolled more than once soo that's kinda why that thing is up there, rock assault 9's are under it, full hydro steering, this is the second buggy we have done, next one were just gunna do a full tube one, the cab is nice for the winter time since we kept the heater

 

I m the same. I'm to trusting and 90% a nice guy. But if I have to I will unleash the beast. Lol. I'm pretty sure this isn't going to end well. She is claiming the paint is flaking off bad.its just rattle can bed liner what does she expect from a used rack with a cheap paint job. But again she is a girl and probably thinks like one. The steal alone is worth what she paid. I hate selling shit now days.

 

Just spent the last two hours building this for my daughter. I forgot how long these damn things take and my back is killing me from leaning over to assemble it at our coffee table. She better not hulk smash it right away.

 

Ok so that makes me mad, though. Its one thing to hedge on a price when you are making the buy, 'Hey, this paint is flaking a bit, its gonna cost me yadda yadda to fix it', but to try to con you out of money after the fact is just wrong and then justify it with petty shit? Grrrrr I really hope this chick does the right thing here or we are calling in the hounds lol!

 

Wife thought I was joking when I said I was gonna order a bunch of Star Wars legos for me and my son. Mind you, hes only 7 months, but in a few years we can build that shit together and it will be awesome!

 

Haha she has no interest building at all but loves to play with them and eventually destroy them. She did build her first lego car by herself the other day and was stoked to show me.

I actually do still have it but haven't driven it over the hill in a long time. Waiting on a hood and detail then it's up for sale. Do I have a imposter rolling around over the hill?

Hmm sounds like a nice runner. No steelies for me, it's still rocking the SCS F-5's.

 

I just did some on a friends first gen in my driveway it's not bad. Couple of C clamps, a punch or a guide pin to help align the leafs, rubber mallet to persuade the pin and some sort of impact to tighten it quickly.

Side note has anyone heard from @johnboyTRD ? Haven't seen him in a while did he sell his taco?

Hey speaking of AAL's. I'm looking to do my over load spring to my OME Dakar pack. Think it's doable as a 1 man job, or should I put the "help wanted" sign out?

 

I did my own AAL install outside my folks house with minimal hand tools (I bought tools instead of paying for install).

I don't want to say I'm an idiot, buuuuut if I did it, pretty safe bet anybody in this group can.

Like other things though, it may be more fun with a partner.
