Just wishing to get mine rollin... Waiting on some parts and fundages. I think the last item for me to figure out is wheels and tires.

 

That lift on the Chevy wore my ass out. I started on it at 10 and was picking tools up at 5ish.

6 in dB lift on a 2wd Silverado is a simple install just a lot of stuff has to be removed and installed back

Hoping on spindles, Billies, leaf pack. I have a hunch the moment I have all those parts I will be itching to get them installed.

 

Made 275 for my time and labor.

Not too shabby. Been a few renditions and thoughts. So I am hoping it will go well. Plus I am using the fact of waiting for this set of tires to need replacement to help save for the wheels and tires and do it all at once.

 

We just got back home after traveling over to the "Mouse House" for a late Christmas with family and I have a greater respect for all of you that travel that "parking lot" called I-4

I will gladly travel my back roads of 17,70 and 31 instead of that 6 lane mess....

So I had this question yesterday while watching a YouTube video with a taco 2wd with a dB kit. What's the point of that on a 2wd?

Another few hundred in furniture and then she tells me 2017 she wants a nice wedding since we only did the courthouse. Better get the truck done early this year (is there a crying because I know I'll be even more broke emoji)

 

Holy crap you guys seem to buy a lot of stuff.

 

You guys meaning my wife of course lol she pays for most of the house furnishings because truck posters and sports illustrated calendars are apparently "out of style". I make it up paying to feed the 40 animals and all but being our first house, places like Ashley furniture that finances makes is a lot easier. It's ridiculous how much furniture costs it's like $350 for an entry table, another $200 for a bookcase, $2500 for a bedroom set.... But living in a bare house gets old quick

Was this in Helen still? My fiancé and I rent a cabin up there in Helen every year for a few days. It's awesome up there.

 

You need to start lookin at furniture at the rtg outlet. You would be surprised how much they will come down on the off the discounted sticker price.
