1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.

They don't make a big enough spindle to handle that much lift.

Since I am going to need to step up wheel sizes for the spindles, I am a bit torn been looking at the Konig Six Shooters or the Method Roost in the bronze. Shouldn't have a need for spacers with either of these with the spindles correct? Anyone know of or had any issues with these rims?

you dont need to step up in wheel size. as long as you get a wheel that has 4.5" BS, youll be fine, my Mickey Thompson wheels have 4.5" BS and offset and are 16s and they clear my maxtracs. even though I run 2" wheel spacers, I had the fronts off for awhile when I first installed my spindles. Konig has the counter steers which are the 16" version of the six shooters.

Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure if there would be any other issues on the countersteers? I have the stock alloys now, so those won't really work if I recall.

yeah those wont work lol, too much backspacing, you need less, AT LEAST 4.75 but as you can see by my photos youll be extremely close to rubbing; so 4.5" with 0 offset or even some negative offset thrown in with the 4.5 bs youll be good to go. no problem lol. I forgot to add, my wheels are 16x8 and have 0 offset lol, I just put offset in the last post lol. As far as I know i dont know of any issues with the countersteers, they should work perfectly as they are the exact same specs as my wheels.

heres the link to mine and the FN countersteers if you want to compare them just to make sure lol

I have been eyeing those countersteers for months. I may end up pulling the trigger on those.
    Thanks for the heads up!

Nice! The bronze just works with the red in my opinion. Plus I'm not a big fan of chrome and all black is a little overdone. But that's the joys of this culture to each their own, building it for me, not so much anyone else.
I just need some insight from the gurus in the other areas I am still new too!
