I have a feeling it's going to be a shit show.

Don't forget who scammed who. They gave a bunk GC as cash value towards your item, you figured it out and contacted them about it which is venture to say most wouldn't do these days, and now they have a complaint about the paint flaking.

"Why don't we call it even, this paint isn't what you made me believe it was." is a big possibility. In the end they don't lose any money, because the seller never says "fuck you, give me the item back and I'll give your money back and you can GTFO."

Either way, they walk away with the long straw just like they did in the beginning.

Yea, eating lunch and then throwing my overloads back in. James here is correct, it can be done by yourself, it's really not that hard, but its always easier with two people

I would say, 'fuck you, pay me the money we agreed upon, if you're too stupid to do a good visual inspection, that is not my problem". Not to mention it dude helped them install the damn thing FOR FREE. I would throw that in there if they try to pull the flaky paint card.

Let's be honest here, its only $50, but its the principle of the matter. If she flakes on this, lets get the hounds of TW going to track her ass down and begin the harassment. She can paypal him the rest :D

I don't think I will ever see the money or them. She said she will make it right after the season. That will be weeks or months, to me that was bs but we will still be here and I sure we won't forget.

Didn't get to the AAL as I needed to get centering pins and a guy parked in the spot I was going to use on the street so I couldn't start my brakes till 12. Got my oil changed on the Tundra which was pretty basic and will be even easier as I installed my fumoto valve.

Pulled the brakes and they are almost brand new which I'm stoked about as now I'm just going to turn the rotors and rebed the old brakes. Saves me $75.

Anyone here ran TJM winches? Heard pretty good things, looking for firsthand experience. About to pull the trigger on a 9500. Synthetic line, hawse fairlead, ip68 waterproof rating...

Getting winched outta the snow yesterday made the wife appreciate having one :D

I was ready to pull the trigger on a front bumper, winch and compressor but wife kinda gave me crap about it today. We just Dumped a bunch of $ on airline tickets to Thailand so looks like my purchases will have to wait a few months.

Haven't heard anything wrong with them. Heard the Engo are great as well and easier on the wallet a bit.

I know the "COMEUP" winches are coming up on the popularity list ;-) I believe they have a thread on here with a discount even. Boxrocket is a firm believer, and they seem to be every bit as good as Warn

I have the engo 10k synthetic. Let me tell you I have tested it a few times most of you have seen or heard how I've pulled full size rucks out of ditches with it. There loud but they are rated pretty high. But tmj has good ratings as well. I was torn between those two and warn but for the price I just couldn't pass on the engo.

Nice thanks I'm looking at those now too

Hadn't seen those before. Look nice. They may be a bit steep for now...

I have heard the legends of jqueeners winch. He'll put himself in the ditch to pull you out then drive out of said ditch open open. Making Engo look appealing.

It's pretty even between Engo and tJM. Engo is about $100 cheaper than what seems to be a great deal on TJM...
