    Had a great christmas this side of the border. Sun and temps in the 50's. Christmas Day I had a '12 Rav, '15 Tacoma, '13 4 Runner and my '07 FJ. Talk about a Toyota family. Brother has an '04 Taco and my sister has a new Camry but they weren't here.

    Sucky part is we have about 10 inches of snow on tge ground and it's still snowing. Bleck

    Not bad, we had my 14 tundra, dads 14 highlander, moms 14 Avalon, sister in laws 09 Camry, and could have had my wife's 12 camry. Something is wrong with my brother and he bought a 12 Sierra. Him and my in laws ruined it. They have a 15 grand Cherokee.

    Morning everyone. Finally got around to installing my rear 5100s and low Mileage 2014 stock rear springs. Originals had 130k on them, so they had outlived their service life for sure. Rides much nicer now and no more saggy ass syndrome. Looks almost lifted compared to before.

    Also finally installed my external cb speaker. Need to mess with my mount/antenna. Swr is still junk. Probably a grounding issue.

    Haha. It's much louder than the speaker in much my cobra 75. Not sure if I like the location, going to have to see how it works out.

    Also, swapping shocks/springs on an FJ is super easy. I was pretty surprised how easily it went

    I keep looking at an amplified unit on Right Channel Radio by Speco its like $99 but I can't help thinking it might be a bit of overkill

    Gotcha. The cobra 75 didn't have that functionality. It's pretty basic. This just makes it easier to hear. I like to have it on when it's shitty out and I'm driving to/from Maine to listen to the road conditions/ accidents etc..
