I went thru pep boys with a crap magnet, got it all
Not in the least, the factory inner holes are 5/16" to begin with. Apparently its good enough for them.

Dont do this if you can't take responsibility for your own actions. Your milage may vary.

Hah! As I was reading that your son got the Ford, I was thinking "I wonder if the hood vibrates." Thanks for answering before I could even ask!

I reread your post and now I see you weren't increasing the diameter, just deburring. My bad, should have read everything.

The outer bracket is in fact being drill out to match the inner bracket, then deburred.

    Looks awesome!

I have the P220 that looks just like yours. Still need to get a light for it. I highly recommend new grips, the black Hogues look awesome with the tan frame, matches the slide.

I stole my brother's shoulder holster from his last deployment. Thank you AF, they don't ask for much of their toys back.

Ive run http://talongungrips.com/ on all my pistols, even my issued one when I was still in the Army. I like the rubberized one for something that is being used in a concealed holster. The rubber is a little more friendly to the skin, but still gives good grip. The sandpaper style ones are amazing though. It's like having the gun welded to your palm, and if you wear gloves this is a must. It's not too rough on bare skin though, I really really like them, can't recommend them enough!

Here are a few installed on mine:

I like those grips, but I CC 90% of the time.

    I like show and tell

Check out the rubberized grips like I have on that G26. I actually found the gen 4 Glock grip texture to be a little abrasive against my skin, and the rubberized Talon Grips made the gun a lot more comfortable when holstered close to skin. The granulated sand-paper style grip definitely was a no-go for CC with an in-the-waistband style holster, but it worked okay with something like a paddle holster worn OTW. They're cheap enough to buy a few just to try out :)

Very nice I love those! I'll have to check them out! I also need to find a nice open holster that will mount nicely in the Taco. It's weird I am just now done deploying (am a contractor now) and I feel as if there is more of a threat here (I feel more on edge as well) than over there (and to answer the next question I never deployed to the Deid aka Summer Camp), so I am starting to carry more. Anyways I digress those are sweet grips,I got a fobus paddle outside the pants and I am looking for a good CCP option that would accommodate my streamlight but haven't really found any good options yet.

They don't ask for much of their toys back, minus some of the high dollar stuff, some of my CCT, TACP buddies could open up a Tac gear store with all the stuff they still have haha! Also amazing what they just send to DRMO, I was at Bastion/LNK when they were shutting it down and it was stupid/depressing the stuff they were just destroying, literally just scrapping MRAPs on the flight line. But regarding the grips I do like the factory ones but I am getting a set of hogues as well!

Not that it matters much to my American friends but in Canada you can apply. as I have, for a "Wilderness" carry permit. FYI it must be opened carry ...NOT concealed. As for our stupid gun laws you can thank the Fnnn Liberals for that piece of crap legislation and California that supplied most of the ideas for the law we got stuck with. My neighbour lost his wife to a home invasion when she was stabbed to death. He barely survived. The individual got 8 years....feel safer with our laws?

Canadians are neither slaves nor subjects. 11,000 Americans will die from gun shot wounds in 2015. In Canada there will be no more that 150 (Almost all drug related). Live it up!
