I sent the buyer pictures before they were sent showing that the products were in good shape and he sent payment so he obviously agreed. I've offered to refund some money so that he can buy the sealant needed to fix the lights. He said he's not capable of fixing them himself. He hasn't offered any solution to the problem. I guess he wants me to just keep offering him stuff until he likes what he hears.

You've offered to pay for a tube of sealant and for me to figure it out and fix it. That isn't much of a resolution. I didn't pay for a product that I'll have to take apart and reseal. I've contacted lsc15 as you won't and you evidently are blaming his craftsmanship when it is evident you didn't package the product correctly. Once I hear back from lsc15 I will contact you about a possible resolution.

There is nothing on the craftsman ship lol as it was mounted perfectly on his truck. The passenger light was definitely not packaged correctly from the picture

I never blamed his craftsmanship. They were perfect when they left my house. They were packaged just as I received them.

If you can't figure out how to glue a halo back on, you damn sure don't need to try to install headlights on your truck that involve removing your grille and wiring up a whole new electrical circuit for them.

I'm not here to be pointing fingers/make fun of others on what their skill levels may be. I've posted pictures of the items what you sent me and it isn't what you posted. I was trying to work with the vendor to get a quote on how much it would cost to have this headlight repaired but since you believe it to be an easy fix. The simplest resolution to this issue is to refund me the payment I sent you. I will send you the package as you had packaged it back to you. You fix it and I'll re-buy them from you once verified the item is as stated from your first post.

See how simple that was? I'll gladly cover the cost of having him fix the light. Had you said that from the beginning I would have agreed to it. But this is the first time you've stated how you wanted to resolve the issue.
