Question about exchange policy @ Toyota. I received a bed mat for the Tacoma, but it is for a short bed. Need LB mat. It was purchased as an Xmas gift from my step son. He got it on Amazon, it came from NC Toyota Dealer. I went to local Dealer here in Pa. Parts Mgr said Toyota changed return policy in Nov. I said I wanted exchange to proper size. He asked I f I bought it on line told them it was a gift and was bought in NC, Asked if I bought Truck there told him they didn't have the one I wanted & had a hard time finding it. He stated they get there parts out of MD. The mat from NC came out of SE distributor. He said he would make a call this afternoon & call me.Haven't heard back as of tonight. Should I try to contact Toyo Mfg. if he doesn't get back to me by midday tomorrow? Should this be an issue to exchange it? I emailed dealer where it was purchased & have not heard back from them. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I would just exchange it through Amazon since they cover shipping

Yes I did that with a license plate flip kit, they sent me the wrong one, I don't see why it wouldn't work. They have great customer service from my experience

I'd double check that upper arm. The misalignment spacer doesn't appear to be fully seated against the spindle.

If the local dealer didn't sell it to you I don't think they have any obligation to take it as a return. Someone else got the money for it not them.

Upgraded my heated mirror switch. Mounted my fire extinguisher. Started my rifle mount, just got to wire it up to the timed release switch.

Absolutely. The gun lock works off either a key or a switch thats releases it temporarily.

Very nice. Looks similar to my shorty. Mine is a LWRC and it rocks!!!!!!! Not pictured.

Drove the Taco to West Texas to thin out the hog population. Epic hunt. Well, more like the edge of the hill country. We put 15 on the ground.

I haven't gone on a hog hunt yet, but looking forward to it. Here's one of my shorty's.

Bought an 09' Double cab TRD Sport, Saturday Dec. 26. Soaked it in fluid film today since metal lasts about an hour before surface rust starts to show here in NE Ohio. Of course every weld under the truck had already began surface rust but I brushed it all out and understand that the fluid film should help bring it to a stop. I'll figure out this picture thing on the forum eventually....

I'm also waiting on a tax stamp for a suppressed 300 blk SBR. I'd be happy to take both hunting.

Nah, I set it up like that on purpose. It gives me an extra half inch or so of travel. The trick is to cross thread the nut onto the bolt, so that it can't back out.

    Just kidding XD .

We caught that when we took the tires back off to do the trimming / cab mount chop. I appreciate the lookout, though!
