    Mine came with Hankook P245/75/16's. Placard says 32psi. The BFG's are LT265/70/17's C rated.

    yes, small difference going from passenger to light truck tire. a couple of PSI. Splitbolt grabbed the charts which shows most applications and these charts represent load limits. Take into account whether you haul loads all the time or occasionally. Most of us would fit in the occasionally bracket and over-inflated tires would diminish you handling and braking abilities.

    Size for size, LT tires require more pressure to obtain load requirement.
    No, they actually come with ISO-metric.
    Different chart and same rules apply.

    mine came with 30 psi exactly what the door states for trd OR and that in Louisiana with 80 degree weather. parked it woke up next morning pressure is 28 psi. ran down the road about 5 miles pressure up to 32 psi. we get a 1 day cold front temperature drops to hi 40's tire pressure is 24 psi and the warning is on, i drive it about 5 miles pressure goes up to 27 psi. so figured cold tire pressure stands for cold weather pressure and raised it to 30 psi. i drive it 5 miles goes up to 34 great! temperature goes back to 80 degrees, tire pressure at start up 32 psi's after 5 miler 36 psi left it as it is im ok with it that way.

    How many PSI did you come up with?
    Should be 38 psi.

    Yep. I'm going with 38 in the fronts and 36 rears unless I'm towing or hauling.

    My tire guy for the last 22 years of Tacoma's (nope, not Walmart and it's all he does) says 35 lbs. is best for my all around driving, plowing and towing. Looks good with chalk, (just checked after reading here thank you).
    Long life, decent ride and no funny wear. Lazy me don't make a big deal over rotation or balancing either.

    Garyji, the TRD OR has the 265/75/16 Goodyear wranglers w/ kevlar stock tires.

    I'm away from my truck so I'm unsure of the load rating, but I think it's a LT or equivalent. I can't see Toyota paying more for an E range tire.

    Absolutely no issues with the 38-40 psi they run. I haven't chalk testes yetx but the imprint left behind by a wet tire look perfect.

    Those are the same tires I had on my
    06. Used those pressures with no problem. Got 60k on the first set.

    The Goodyear Kevlars are a ISO-metric 265/70/16/112/T. You should run the placard 30 psi.
    If your asking about what pressure to run in a LT/265/75/16, per the conversion, it's 36 psi.

    I run 40 since that's what it came with from the dealer. The footprint is great, ride and traction is great, and I haven't noticed any poor signs of wear.

    Our trucks have a GVWR of 5,600 lbs and GAWR of 2,910 lbs front/3,280 lbs rear.

    Kevlars;
    -per the tire placard, @ 30 psi have a load rating of 1,924 lbs
    -max tire psi is 51 lbs, giving a load rating of 2,245 lbs
    -@ 40 psi, you're probably somewhere around 2,100 lbs

    You won't find any ISO metric load inflation tables that go passed 36 psi; it's better to go to a higher load index with lower pressure.

    You're overinflated.
