yes, its at the dealer now and they re-bled the system. They said its still cycling every 3 brake presses and you also feel it in the pedal. They were supposed to call corporate or whatever today cause they couldnt figure out what was wrong themselves and call me today. I have not yet heard from them on what is going on. Just seems weird its doing it so much and that i only felt it after i realized tightened the bleeder they left loose...

I went back there with the service guy (a friend of mine) to go clean out my truck before leaving it and i saw the computer hooked up to it inside the truck and my friend said the computer couldnt find anything wrong with the system. I told him its not right that the truck can just be sitting still and you press the pedal 3 times and the accumulator cycles... and contiues to cycle every three times

Don't know what to tell you but there are a lot of other trucks out there that do the same thing. Every time you press the brake the pressure drops there is only a limited amount the accumulator can make up for so it has to recharge. Try it with a vacuum assisted system by the 3rd time your pedal will be hard as a rock.

you have a 09+ TRD off road 4x4..... those are the ONLY trucks that came with the electric boosted master cylinder pictured here.

It will vibrate lightly when accumulating pressure. Mine does it every 3 or so normal presses of the brake pedal, nothing out of the normal.

This is the pic from my truck... That cylinder with the yellow top shakes every time it cycles for 3 to 4 seconds

You likely have the VSC / Trac option. I wanna say earlier models with this also used the electric boosted master pictured, while 09+ it was used strictly in TRD OR 4x4's
