I'm not worrier about my pistol holding a million billion rounds. And for home defense, I prefer a revolver mainly because reliability. I know a good pistol should never jam but a revolver is more reliable. Plus, you'll never make the mistake of knowing if it is or isn't loaded. I know I'll always be aware but if for whatever reason my wife were to handle it, I want her to know it's safe. And an AR for home defense is a little extreme. I have neighbors within 30 feet of my house. Not trying to put a hole through someone, my wall, their wall and their kid. A revolver is more than enough, 5 shot. If I need more than 5 shots to hit someone then I probably shouldn't be holding the gun.

Don't know that I would confront a tweaker with bird shot unless I'm running a full or turkey choke. I prefer 9 projectiles of 00 buck.

Meh, that's all fine and good but I'd be more comfortable trying to move in my house, in the potential dark, with a hand gun over a long gun. My clumsy ass would knock something over, fall the down the stairs and shoot myself.

Still not done painting my rack and bumper as the humidity is giving me issues. But I did finish the Hi-lift and greased the springs and slide pins just for good measure. Wrapped it up in a Hi-lift cover sock that my sister got me for Christmas. Also finished the air tubing for the new snorkel. Slow process getting things to fit behind that fender. It's been a week of truck work!

Hey guys it's been awhile since I've been on here. I've gone through a lot the past couple months with losing my job and struggling to find a new one. Since I lost my job I had to get rid of the taco. I miss it so much. And now that I've settled down into a new job I'm looking for another taco. If any of you know of one for sale let me know. Of course Im not trying to spend a fortune. Oh and I work at 84 lumber in mt airy now so if y'all need a hook up just let me know.
