    They look good on MGM

Can't decide between black and grey wheels for a MGM. Any thoughts?

When I bought mine off of eBay the black ones weren't available (backordered since the TRD Pro just came out). I was looking for the black ones but now that I have the gray, I'm glad I have them on the truck. A lot of guys have black wheels ... Not many have this color gray in a TRD wheel.
I have guys talk with me about the wheels and the TRD Florida bedside decals the most.

I'd go with the gray... price is the same for either color. Good luck choosing

Thanks. I'm sure the Grey are easier to clean.

The black ones are nice, but get dirty fast and hard to see the outlines.

    I paid $170 each + $20 shipping each

They are not easy to clean LOL !!! I imagine the black wheels will hide the brake dust better

I live down a dirt road so I'm 1 mile of either sand or mud (clay) per day

    Truck gets washed a lot

so it's my understanding that some guys running 265 70 17 rub and some don't but of you add a small lift or leveling kit and remove the mud flaps thay shoyld fix the rubbing issues? so much info and different set ups it can get overwhelming to a newbie.lol. I have been trying to decide on ordering these rims for a couple weeks now.

Pardon my noob question, but how do the TRD wheels compare to SCS Stealth 6 in terms of weight, offset (I like how the SCS stick out) and durability?

So, when you first had those tires and wheels, were you running a stock setup?? I currently have no lift and like those wheels. You think I could run them??

The only rubbing I had on stock suspension with the 265/70's was in reverse with steering wheel cranked. Removed front flaps and problem solved.

I was on the fence too but ultimately OEM won out for me. Not a knock on scs but they aren't Toyota. I've had my share of "import" wheels over the years and seen plenty of issues. Not a knock on scs as most people seem happy with them.

There's definitely nothing wrong with OEM wheels, but just for the record, the manufacture that we partnered up with also produces TRD wheels for Toyota:thumbsup:.

    Happy New Years everyone!!!
