    i swear i pulled it out like that. trust me i got better things to do than putting pine straw and leaves on my A/C filter. today while i was using my A/C the ticking noise i ususally hear was horribly loud, so i had enough and pulled out my filter (which that was my first time doing so) and found this nice pile of crap. dumped it all off and now my A/C runs great and silently

    plus before i bought my truck, it was always parked outside under a ton of trees.....

    True, but i have seen a momma mouse and a few baby mouse stuck in the air filters. The babies were still alive, but the momma had her skull taken off by the blower motor. We had to clean it out one time, talk about a lethal blower motor.
