Happy New Year guys/gals!!! :drunk: :headbang:

    Happy Wheel'n people

BTW, to @B Wess08 and @YotaGurlIAm, get well soon.

BTW, also wanted to let @Dangerousd1987, about the Baofeng UV5 HAM HT's, I highly advise that you get aftermarket antenna's as the stock "ducky's" don't TX very efficiently. You will have to buy a female-to-female SMA adapter as most aftermarket HAM antenna's are "male" style connectors. Just a thought. Finally, for CB (a.k.a. Citizen Band), you don't need a license. For the GMRS type radios (i.e. the kind that you can buy at Fry's, Walmart, etc that typically say "36mi" range or similar) you, technically, need to have a license for those... although people generally don't, but just be aware. Now, going back to HAM radios, I highly advise you get a license before using because you can get into mucky situations if you use them without a license! I guess you can try radio-to-radio (simplex)? Just be aware though is all I'm saying.

Someone needs to post up a Thread Summary every 4 or 5 pages so those of us who have a life outside this thread can be properly caught up without having to read a dozen pages.

    Y'all talk too much :)
