4,600k is the same color temperature that BMW and other companies use because it's as close to the natural color of light as you can get. It also the creates the least amount of fatigue on the eyes.

Finally cut off my passenger side lower control arm. Had a frozen cam bolt. Took a combination of using a thin disk with the grinder and a reciprocating saw. What a pain!

Replaced it with aftermarket parts from Rockauto. The cam bolts and bushing came with grease zerks. That was cool to find that out. Still antisiezed the shit out of the bolts and bushings.

The slight pull I had is gone. My alignment guy is awesome.

Don't worry about the plug. I tagged you in the Co BS page and explained why I don't need it anymore.

Just another preference thing. As long as your lights are bright enough for you to see and not blinding to other drivers I don't care what color your lights are.

    Between 4,600k and 5,000k I prefer 5,000.

To me, 5,000k looks more white than 4,600k. That's just from my point of view though. It's definitely not true scientifically.

Keep an eye on those cam bolts. The washers likes to round out when getting an alignment. The OEM ones are keyed much better and are the only way to go.

As much as appreciate better lightning, the older I get, the more pissed off I get! There are so many jag offs out there with fucked up HID lights, that I am starting to hate them.

Anyone who has to work the night shift and is dead tired going home, really hates these fuckers. You give them the quick light flip to remind them to switch to dims, only to find out the fuckers were dimmed! Now you can only see stars for the next 600 yards. Thanks ass holes' that won't learn how to do these light properly.

Please take great care in building these lights. Sorry about the rant. I'm done now, I'll behave.

I'm willing to bet that 99% of the ones that are blinding you are those idiots that throw an HID kit in their stock housings. They are proven to just scatter light when installed that way as HID's are designed for projection, not reflection.

I was one of those idiots in High School btw.... :anonymous:

I did notice that difference putting it together. I will definately be taking it in when I feel something odd with the steering. I marked everything with a paint pen. If they move, I'll just turn them back to were they belong.

Worst cars on the roads are the new corollas. They must come factory aimed super high.

    Wow! Haha so clean

You should return the upper control arms and get some aftermarket ones if you ever plan to lift the truck in the future.

Stock trucks come in, modded trucks come out. It's how TW works.
