I have owned a 1gen and a 2gen but traded them away or sold them. Will purchase a 3gen when the buying frenzy is over.

That's like asking which of your children is your favorite. In some ways I still think the I is the prettiest truck, hated no back doors though. Most of the stuff I threw behind the seats stayed there. I use these in my grave digging business, I'll be retiring the I and my employee will be getting the II to use. I wanted a photo while they were still together. I had a '94 as well, a jail inmate with no driver's license driving a city truck hit it PARKED in the cemetery and did $3,000 worth of damage to it! :( That was 2004, I bought the I then for $10,000 with 110k miles. Looks like I won't be losing much more after 11 yrs. 250k miles than GM/Ford people lose when they drive off the lot! :)

I preferred the my 06 over my first gen Tacoma. When I get the 3Gen, I expect I will like it as well. Each were good in their own way.

I owned all 3 gens as well, but I never had two at the same time. I love the photos!

    Grown and matured. :)
I'm actually a fan of most of the changes.

Grave digging business......I had no idea it even existed. Not trying to hijack the thread, but are you sub-contracted or something? Curiosity getting the best of me.

Well, somebody has got to do it! I contract (no real contract, we operate with a handshake here) with 5 funeral homes in southern middle Tn. Have dug 3-400 a year for almost 20 yrs. There is 1,000s of cemeteries in the rural south. Most of the small towns/cities have them as well and no digging crews.

You should keep all those generations and just keep adding to it, nice to see in 50 years 3 more generations of Tacoma's. Generation 6!

Well there goes one of my truck payments! ;-) You must not be near a large city, that is really cheap. I get $550 to open and close graves 40 miles south of Nashville. Most of the cemeteries in the Nashville area get $1500-$2000 for opening and closing. In my area cremation would only be 30-40 percent as much as burial.

Nice. I'm selling my '02 with 157k miles for $12k. Bought it 13 years ago with 12k miles for $18k.
Oh, and drove the '16 home yesterday, 100 miles... what a nice ride!
