I'll look into either changing the LEDs or see if there is a cover that can go over the LED to make it match up to the stock tacoma amber.

That's a good idea. I'll stay tuned. Thanks. But other than color I am on board.

Sounds good. I had a chat with a LED supplier and they felt I could achieve a much better colour match. I have an order placed for some replacement LEDs to give a try.

Wait... I thought dancing broccoli was the universal emoji for running out of patience? Actually for the two of you signed up for the green illumination I should be able to ship later this week since I do have two of them here. It is all the amber switches I'm waiting on plus a few extra green.

I do still need to create some updated instructions for this option though. With the holidays this weekend wasn't possible, but I should be able to get it done next weekend

The same shit everyone else has.
I am possibly interested in purchasing just the non-lighted mirror adjust/heated switch.

You mean the switch by itself and then you wire up your own harness?

Just a quick update for you guys on the waiting list for the new kit. Some of the amber switches I ordered went on back order. I also was also just informed that the place I ordered from will be on holidays all of next week.

I've gone ahead and prompted them to ship out what they did get in stock for me to date. The good news is there was enough stock arrived to fill every order that is currently up on the list!

I should receive the shipment next week and when I do I'll have the following in stock:
    Green - 5
    Amber - 6
    Red - 1

Current orders firmed up (list is on first post in this thread)
    Green - 2
    Amber - 5

@Pcyc I know you have mostly firmed your order if I can achieve a better colour match. I will probably convert a green switch over to amber with the new LEDs I have on order.

Also @Palehorse1 at this point I haven't put you on the list, I don't think you had listed the exact specs of what you would like. That being said I also got the impression you aren't in any particular rush either since you currently have heated mirrors. If you do want on at this point just let me know.

So it's taken a while but the new kits will be ready to start going out soon

Will do. The LED's are still in transit. Actually the postal system is a bit baffling at times. They shipped from WA which is one state south of me and I just checked the tracking thinking they should be here really soon given how close they were. I guess they are taking the long route though as they show as having gone from WA to CA and are now on the way to BC.

Might have just got routed wrong with the holiday parcel rush. Once they are here I'll update on how it goes.

The rain finally stopped and we got some frosty weather around here. I was wondering if it was ever going to happen. It's a great thing to have clear mirrors at the push of a button. Outstanding mod. Carry on.

I'll get put you on the list, and that secures the last amber switch for now. Would you prefer it lights up with the headlights (like your other switches) or while the mirrors are heating.

I'll fire over an invoice once ready to ship

Thanks for ordering (again)! Still think it's awesome you will be setting up one of your friends with your original kit.

I missed that part when I was reading. I reckon having it illuminate with the rest of the lights would be ideal.
