Who can explain the "Power ETC" button to me?

    Just because your 2001 only has one ECU, doesn't mean that Toyota didn't actually update to modern times and now use a secondary controller on the 2016 model. It's not a new concept with the newer transmissions, but you seem to be stuck in the past evidently with thinking cars only have one controller that runs everything in a vehicle. Explain why the explanation of the button from Toyota specifically states Transmission Controller and not engine controller? Where is your evidence there is NOT an secondary controller for the 2016?
