It was totally worth it. Everyone says poly makes noise and will cause more road feed back no matter what and that's crap. If you properly tighten and lubricate poly bushings they don't make noise. My poly bushings are dry I just properly tightened them. No noise and the truck feels the same on the road as it did with the rubber bushings. I know there are standard and firmer poly bushings, maybe I got the softer bushings. I'm totally happy with them.

No hard feelings here. Everyone has their right to their opinion. It might not be for everyone, but it worked out for me. All is good.

They might be best mounted lower- so not to get in your field of vision while driving.

That's a nice pre-runner/ desert racer build! We have tree's, rocks, and stuff. For here the lights may be best lower on the grill- or a smaller light.

Desert running is completely different. Love the red rings!

I've got pods going there now but I'm moving to the HID red rings in the same location later. You barely notice them. I mocked up a set already. HIDs have better output in a smallish package. I prefer HID personally. Run a flood beam and it'll cover almost everything in front of you. They're also the most protected in that spot too from brush mud and rocks. Also they'll clear the snorkel :D I can't wait to run them lol

The pods I scooped up. They'll go on later this week and then red rings probably in the spring

Sweet! I used to do alot in the desert, outside San Diego-- need the flood when you are moving at speed, for sure. The OP pic had the lights that seemed to be a little too inboard.

Would like to see yours when you get them!

I just got the Kawells and I'm ordering aftermarket optics to make them brighter

High beam retrofits and the kawells. I think they were 40$ then an extra 10 for more optics from sea tough

Nice! I am sure if it does not block your line of site, they are fine. They provide huge flood value in that position.

    Where in SD?
