2.7 exhaust

I was wondering if anyone had put an aftermarket muffler on there 2.7 yet? I had an older 2.7 with an aero turbine that surprisingly sounded pretty good. This new 2.7 just sounds a little different when idling and under acceleration. I'm just curious to see what it sounds like. Post videos if possible please. I've always had an obsession with exhaust but I also don't want to be annoyed by a ricer sounding truck. My old 2.7 sounded better in my opinion than the old 4.0 v6, I didn't think they ever sounded very good.

 

It's the same motor as it was before.

Should sound exactly the same.. only difference is transmission.

Might sound different inside the cab because of different materials used to soundproof the cab.

 

I believe the 2016 4 cylinder Tacoma has a quieter muffler than previous years as part of the interior noise reduction efforts.

 

The engine to me in general just sounds quieter. It doesn't seem to have as much clattering as the 2nd gen which would change the exhaust note. I was just curious if anyone had put one on yet.
