I guess I don't get enough sunlight around these parts to understand this glare issue people are having.

Wanting the whole hood or what? This is your thread we can reply here. There is only one thing holding me up. Grandmother is hospital and my grandpa is staying with her so that being said I don't go to the shop unless he is around.

How about one similar in size to the Crawlorado one? Something like the various versions available for Jeeps. http://www.quadratec.com/products/13135_1000.htm Is it possible to cut it in a way that will make it possible for an amateur to install over the contours of the scoop?

Let's see if anyone else can do it before I completely jump on it. I say that because I've done one without a scoop just not with. Mine is scoopless is how I was able to them. If you don't find anyone by the time I'm able to find a truck with a scoop.

Okay. Let me know when you get more time. I bet you could sell a few of them if gave people the option. Maybe someone else will chime in with another option too.

Cool. If you get the chance, and if it would make it much easier, it would be fine to cut off the front of it at the front edge of the scoop.

I'd be interested in the finished product on this, if shipping isn't a problem.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I'm in if the price is right.

I put some tape on my hood. The taped area would be great. I'm not sure what it would take to get the contour around the top edge of the scoop though.
