I am going to look at it tomorrow; the dealer keeps telling me it has a lot of options and originally sold for 23,500. I didn't know you could put many options on this model.
    Options I know about:
    1)SR5 (1) - not much but badging.
    2)towing package

the sr5 has delay wipers color matched bumper and fender flares
silver on the dash sliding rear window and no more bucket seats
i got a trailer hitch new on ebay for around 75 and the delay wiper
switch at a junkyard for around 30 bucks sliding rear window for $300
even got bucket seats on ebay for $250

Yeah, the bucket seat thing sucks. I don't think it is very easy to change out on 2009/2010.

Well for a few grand more you could get a NEW truck! I too was in you place at one point, and what i found was the Tacoma holds it's resale value so much that 07-08-09's with LOW miles go for only a few grand less than a new truck. It's up to what you can afford. I would rather pay a few grand more to know I was the ONLY one to drive the truck, and get the warranty from day 1, mile 1. Just my 2 cents! :) good luck!

And just for comparison: I got my NEW 2009 Access Cab 4x4 SR5 for 23K
